While you are not required to post to the class list during the semester, part of your class participation grade depends on how active you are in class, either face-to-face or online, so contributing to the class list is a way to satisfy your class participation requirement.
I will be sending messages to this list from time to time, and I encourage you to use the list to ask for help, share Internet resources you’ve found, or otherwise communicate with your classmates.
